This is part 3 in my series of articles on how to generate more traffic to your web pages. Here is more strategies to enlarge your opportunity to get more visitors to your websites. Some of the techniques discussed this time is: Free Giveaway products, domain name, affiliate program, social bookmarking and more.

21. Create a software program and give it away for free.
We often see many successful marketers are using this technique to increase the interest of the people who visit their landing pages. Your potential customers will appreciate this and most likely you will get a new subscriber. It is important to ensure that your gift makes a certain value. But now you begin to ask yourself, but I have not developed any program to give away. I have neither knowledge or any capacity to create it. What should I do? The answer is that many Internet marketers neither has any product at hand. Ok, so how can they achieve this then? In fact, there are a number of freelance developers out there that can do the job of developing this for you. You can go to a Web site like getafreelancer.com and post a project. You will then start a dialogue with a number of people that will offer you their services. After a few rounds back and forth, you will probably find the right person for the job development. Projects of this kind are also often attractive when it comes to price. Next question: Ok, I will pay for a product that I am going to give away for free, but I want to earn money on my online business. So is this the right way to go? A reasonable question to ask, but the issue here is that you are likely to get many subscribers to your list by using this technique. As your list grow, you will get a base of potential customers. Then you can start to build up a long-term relationship with them and sell them your own products. You can also sell them products that you get commission for as an affiliate. And finally: Your product don't have to be some kind of software. You can also create e-books or web-based services. It's all up to you.

22. Buy a domain name related to your niche that is already receiving traffic and forward it to your site.
This depends of course of your budget, but it is very useful to do. A site that is highly ranked and getting a lot of traffic is valuable. If that site give value for the user, and it should since they visit it, you also should put a lot of effort in giving your site the exact same value. If you do that, the visitors will probably accept your site.

23. Pass out business cards with your domain on them everywhere you go.
In the old days before we have the opportunity to have our business online, we remember this technique and business people still use it with success. Giving away your business card often give your business response. You probably have a more larger network of contacts than you think. Sit down and make a list and you will be surprised. Treat your affiliates kindly and give them a fair commission. You should also give them pre-written e-mails and other tools to make it easy for them to promote your products. If you do that they will put a lot of effort to send more potential customers to your site.

25. Start a page on social bookmarking sites such as www.MySpace.com.
A huge amount of people spend more and more time on the internet today and it's increase every day. If you think about offline marketing you know it is costly. Television, radio and newspaper represent expensive ways to advertise. But we see a trend that a lot of people spending more time on social networking. Social Networks, like Myspace and Facebook are a great way to get your ideas and products in front of a lot of eyeballs. Most of these places allow you to make a "profile" that people will notice. Inside that profile, you can direct your traffic to either your major sites or straight to your products.

26. Submit a viral video to YouTube.com
Promotion on video is more and more used today to attract more interest. Often you see marketers or other people that want extra attention for their products, services or projects will have one or several reviews on YouTube. This trend has almost exploded in the past year and it is regarded as a must to have a video on the web today. There are, admittedly, thousands of them and there is so much competition to get attention. In any case, if you put a lot of effort on this and do it right this is a great way to promote yourself and your business.

27. Conduct and publish surveys to your website.
This is also a technique you can use. If you do this right you can collect important data about people that could be interested in your business. A lot of them like to participate in surveys. You should also have a solid plan to make these participants as subscribers to your newsletter but that's an another story. Anyway, you will have a solid foundation to make a target plan to promote different products and services to different groups.

28. Find joint venture partners that will send you traffic.
To have a joint venture partner could be essential for big traffic to your business sites. It is important that you have a solid business before someone want to be a JV with you. Successful marketers always looking for partners they can have a deal with. They have a big list that you can promote to and they probably accept your inquiry if you also have a solid business. They want to promote and direct their own products through you. This is a good way to double the traffic to the business sites for both of you.

29. Start your own newsletter or ezine.
Starting an own newsletter is a technique all serious marketers use today. Today it's critical for your business to develop relationships and to keep in contact with your clients or members within your niche. You should put a lot of effort on build up your credibility in your marketplace. If you do this correct, you will drive targeted leads to your business. The chances are high that many of these will become your customers and some of them can be valuable to you for many years to come.

30. Use a autoresponder or email campaign to keep people coming back to your site.
With a autoresponder you can build campaigns and set up a series of e-mail to your subscribers. You can do this process in one session and set the system to deliver it on the intervals of your choice. You can even deliver it on daily basis, but be careful of forcing your mails on anyone. Maybe the best solution in your case is two or three a week.? Or maybe four within the month? Once a month is not recommended because the subscribers can lose interest. You should make a solid plan for this in advance because it is important that you're structured when you set it up. If you give them good, valuable content and treat them well they will stay on your list for a very long time.
